New Construction Painting for Builders Who Want It Handled Right
New Construction Painting
New construction is a different game.
New construction is a different game. There are timelines, trades, clean-up, coordination, and a whole lot of moving parts. CS Painting understands that environment and knows how to work inside it without becoming the problem.
We partner with builders and contractors across Sandpoint, Coeur d'Alene, and beyond to provide dependable painting that keeps the project moving and the finished product looking strong. Clean communication and consistent execution are a big part of why builders keep good painters around.

Built for the jobsite
We Know the Rhythm of a Build
A lot of our work is in new construction, and that matters. We understand the flow of the site, the billing cycle realities, the coordination, and how important it is to stay reliable when multiple trades are working at once. When we commit to the job, we're there to make it easier, not add another headache.
Why it matters
Why People Notice the Difference
Most people can tell when a paint job feels off. Lines are sloppy. Coverage is uneven. The finish looks rushed. They may not know exactly why, but they can see it. On the flip side, when it's done right, the whole space feels tighter, cleaner, and more intentional.
That's the difference we're after every time.
Our process
A great paint job starts long before the first coat goes on.
Our team follows a clear process designed to protect your property, deliver consistent quality, and make the experience smooth from start to finish.
We walk the project, ask the right questions, and get a real understanding of what you're after. Then we build a straightforward estimate that actually reflects the scope of work.
This is where good painting really starts. Covering, correcting, cleaning, taping, smoothing. This is the part that separates rushed work from work that lasts.
Once the groundwork is set, we move with intention. Clean coverage, strong lines, and consistency from room to room or surface to surface.
Before we call it done, we go through everything and make sure it feels right. If our name is going on it, we want to be proud of it.
